N17M SCAM: EFCC arraigns Kaduna Deputy Speaker tomorrow

EFCC again! on Sunday said it would arraign the Deputy Speaker, Kaduna State House of Assembly, Mato Dogara, on Monday over an alleged N17 million scam. This was contained in a statement by EFCC spokesperson, Mr Wilson Uwujaren, on Sunday in Lagos, the News Agency of Nigeria reports.



The embattled deputy speaker and two others will be arraigned at a Federal High Court, Kaduna tomorrow (Monday) on a six count charge bothering on over invoicing of contract and criminal diversion of funds, The statement said.

The two others are Kabiru Malali and Ahmed Yahaya, former chairman and treasurer of Lere Local Government of the state respectively.
