Chris Brown and attorney Mark Geragow during Brown's court appearance |
Chris Brown could be heading back to the slammer for up to four years. The singer is in more legal hot water today after a judge revoked his probation in the Rihanna beating case.
A judge made the decision after reviewing hit-and-run charges from a car accident in May. Brown hasn't entered a plea in that matter, but will make yet another appearance in court later this month to hopefully resolve that incident.
Despite today's setback, Brown walked away a free man. After the car incident is resolved, there will be a probation hearing in August that will determine Brown's fate. At that point, if a judge does think the car accident did violate the terms of his probation, he could head back to prison.
Brown proclaimed his innocence before court Monday. "I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!" he wrote.
"Love you Team Breezy. I hope people can actually see the truth," he added.
