A pregnant woman has been arrested by police in Lagos for trying to sell a 3 years old baby Girl. Lilian, was arrested last night in Palmgrove, Lagos, while trying to collect a balance of N500,000 from a disguised buyer who already paid an advance of N400,000 into her account.
Police sources said this is not the first time they are getting hints of Alleged child trafficking on Lilian.
