Chelsea’s Nigeria midfielder John Obi Mikel was forced to close his Twitter account on Thursday after suffering a barrage of racist abuse prompted by his costly mistake against Juventus.

Sound Sultan reveals sixth album title and release date
Celebrating his 12th anniversary in the music industry on saturday wasn't enough
excitement for soundsultan. The 'Very Good Bad Guy' singer has revealed that he's dropping his sixth studio album on independence day (October 1, 2012). And the album title is
"Me, My Mouth & Eye". In an interview with Bella Naija,
Soundsultan has helpfully explained his album title as 'Anything my eye see, my mouth must say am'. Soundsultan treated his fans to new songs from his forthcoming album at his sold-out concert that marked his 12th anniversary.
Congrats to 12 years of hitting a major milestone in his musical journey.

The Abuja National Stadium is now wearing a new look, thanks to the Minister of Sports and Chairman of the National Sports Commission (NSC) Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi who issued a directive to the Director of Facilities at the NSC Abubakar Magaji that the stadium’s glory must be restored.

I just came across this story of some workers who lost their lives while on their Job. The relatives of one of the deceased sent the mail below.
This is to notify you on this story that just got to me from my tribes man, whose brother is one of the dead boys. According to him, his brother worked with a Chinese company in Ikeja (name removed), and he worked at the factory sometime last week, and slept over. His whereabouts could not be determined till the following evening, where his body and that of his friend were found inside the company's swimming pool with blood coming out of their ears, nostrils, and mouth.
