Royal Arts Academy Set To Release 4 Hot Movies into the market
Royal Arts Academy gets set to launch into the market two highly anticipated DVDs ; ‘Weekend Getaway’ and the newly produced ‘Desperate House Girls’!
The launch will take place on August 2nd at Terra Culture. Time is 4pm. Dress Code: casual. ‘Weekend Getaway’ which was screened in cinemas nationwide, enjoyed a successful run in the cinemas. It stars Genevieve Nnaji, Ramsey Nouah, Ini Edo-Ehiagwina, Monalisa Chinda, Beverly Naya, Uru Eke, Uti Nwachuwkwu, Bobby Obodo, Alex Ekubo, Bishop Ime Umoh etc. It was produced by Emem Isong, Ini Edo & Monalisa Chinda and directed by Desmond Elliot. The DVD copy includes several extra features like deleted scenes, The Making, the trailers etc.

2 Primary School Head Teacher Die In Fatal Accident

Two primary school head teachers died in an auto accident at Costain area of Ore, Odigbo Local Government, Ondo State, while returning home from their schools on Tuesday.
The accident happened when the two friends, Igbasan Bolaji and Akinbinuade Festus of St Andrew Primary School, Oja Baale and St Mathew Primary School, Asejiri, were driving home in a Nissan Sunny car, marked ONDO AE 505 GBA, belonging to one of them.According to a source, the driver lost control at Akinjagunla Junction, Costain, Ore and rammed into a stationary lorry with number plate LAGOS EPE 143 XB packed beside the road, killing the two friends instantly.

Nelson Mandela spends 95th birthday in hospital
Former South African president Nelson Mandela IS spending his 95th birthday in hospital on today, but was said to be making "remarkable" progress. Mandela's youngest daughter said her father was now able to communicate and watch television.
"He responds very well... with his eyes, and he nods and sometimes he lifts his hand like to shake your hand."

Justin B took to Instagram on today to show off yet another new tattoo. The fresh ink, which is located on the inside of his elbow on his left arm, according to some blogs it appears to be the eye and eyelashes of his Mom, Pattie Mallette.
"@bangbangnyc did this art ., Moms always watching," Bieber wrote along with a photo of the tattoo. The watchful new art is located just above Justin's "Believe" tattoo and below a tiger tattoo on his bicep.
Dianna Agron Releases Statement about Cory Monteith's Death
Dianna Agron and Cory Monteith are good friends during their time together on Glee.The actress released a statement on today about the tragic passing on her co-star, who died from a drug and alcohol overdose on Saturday. Agron said:
I have never lost a friend. In this difficult time, I am leaning on all of the wonderful memories we shared with Cory, how many ways he was able to make us smile. Glee was a gift to all of us. It gave us a family in this industry. We really cut our teeth and grew up on this show. In playing underdogs, we learned that we had dug into the hearts of our viewers and that we could stay there.
“Cory is so deserving of that place in everyone’s hearts. He was one of the most generous and kind people that I have ever met. He had a smart, curious mind, he was an enormous talent. He was loving to not only me, but my family. My heart goes out to his family, to Lea, to everyone that is struggling with the loss of our friend. We will miss you Cory. Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s third novel AMERICANAH has been awarded the 2013 Chicago Tribune Heartland Prize for fiction. The Heartland Prize is a literary prize created in 1988 by the Chicago Tribune Newspaper.
According to Elizabeth Taylor, the literary editor of the Chicago Tribune, the prize is awarded yearly in two categories, fiction and non-fiction, to books that are concerned with American issues, causes and concerns.
“We loved AMERICANAH. It’s a powerful, resonant novel and we would be delighted to celebrate it and try to share it with a wider audience,” Taylor wrote.

OJB Jezreel, is starting up a foundation after kidney transplant. Nomoreloss told Nigerian Entertainment Today that OJB wishes to help other patients because of the excess funds from the #SaveOJB donations
“I was with OJB at the hospital the other day and we saw a lot of people with a lot more serious problems than OJB’s. You won’t believe he was shedding tears when we saw these people, and so he asked me, dude, what do we do? And he agreed that when this is over, we may have to start a foundation so we can help others going through same problem.”

Chris Brown could be heading back to the slammer for up to four years. The singer is in more legal hot water today after a judge revoked his probation in the Rihanna beating case.
A judge made the decision after reviewing hit-and-run charges from a car accident in May. Brown hasn't entered a plea in that matter, but will make yet another appearance in court later this month to hopefully resolve that incident.
