Okon Goes To School' the sequel to the hugely successful movie 'Okon Lagos' goes on sale nationwide tomorrow February 8th. The movie went through a successful run in the cinemas and is now ready for release on dvd.

War in Abuja, as Okada Riders and Policemen clash
Some policemen and Okada Riders went into a serious fight yesterday, Press men who witnessed the crises said Okada Riders blocked the whole road preventing human and vehicular movement. with bonfires, policemen where fighting them back with tears gas, they also said the riot almost turned into a religious war
According to another eyewitnesses, the riot took a new dimension after the police began to seize the motorcycles of those that refused to pay the N9,500 levy. The said amount was meant for registration, identity card, reflective jackets and stickers for all Okada operators.

The determination of this administration to create wealth in Nigeria and for Nigerians has led us to focus our investment drive towards attracting Foreign Direct Investments in manufacturing and the service sector to ensure that jobs are created. And this drive is not an exercise in futility as Nigeria is becoming the preferred destination for FDI. Just last week, General Electric announced a decision to invest $1 billion in setting up a manufacturing plant to support power generation and oil production. Their plant, to be situated in Calabar, will provide jobs for thousands with multiplier effect for tens of thousands more and will make Nigeria a hub for power equipment in the region. The end result of this investment is that Nigeria’s power generating infrastructure will be expanded meaning more power for Nigerians which translates to even more jobs.

Beyonce Announces 'Mrs. Carter Show' World Tour
She announced the 'Mrs. Carter Show' world tour in a video announcement shortly after her set in New Orleans.
The tour will kick off in Eastern Europe, with dates in places like Serbia and Slovakia, before continuing in Europe and then North America. Naturally, she'll wrap up in Brooklyn, the birthplace of her husband Sean "Jay-Z" Carter. Hopefully Blue Ivy will be along for that stop

Kalou pays up $5,000 bet with Mikel Obi after Super Eagles’ Win
Kalou and Mikel are very close friends since their days at EPL side Chelsea and even put up a bet where the Ivorian forward vowed to score one of the goals that will see the Elephants trample on the Eagles on the way to the next round of the competition.
“We played a very good Super Eagles, they started the game well and scored a good goal to take the lead. I have redeemed my pledge to Mikel as he won the bet,” Kalou told the radio station Brila FM.
