This sounds like a fairy tale but it is true. Gunmen have invaded the labour room of a maternity home in Nkwoegwu, Ohuhu, in Umuahia North LGA of Abia State and took away a newborn baby immediately after delivery, while nurses were still battling to save the mother from bleeding to death.
The baby, a boy, was still dripping with blood when the evil men seized and folded him with the bed sheet in which he was lying.

Customs arrests passenger with $320,000 at Lagos airport
In what seems to be a worrisome trend, another passenger has been arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos while trying to travel out of the country with $320,000.
The Airport Command of Nigeria Customs Service announced the arrest on Monday of the passenger identified as Onwuekwe Anthony Chidi aboard a Qatar Airways flight bound for Doha, in the Gulf region.

Younger Brother Of President Jonathan Dies At Aso Rock Clinic – Sahara Reporters
President Goodluck Jonathan’s younger brother Meni Jonathan has died at the Aso Rock clinic Abuja today.
Medical sources told SaharaReporters that Mr. Meni was flown in from Bayelsa last week to receive medical treatment at the Villa. The cause of death has not been revealed.

No negotiations with Boko Haram – President Goodluck Jonathan
LAGOS — President Goodluck Jonathan, yesterday, dismissed insinuations of a secret dialogue between the administration and the Boko Haram just as he declared former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s invasion of Odi in Bayelsa State in 1999 as a failure that did not help to curb militancy in the Niger Delta region.
