12-year-old Natasha Moraes de Andrade, who lives in an impoverished shanty town in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, has never had a haircut. At 5ft 3in, she is just one inch taller than the length of her wavy chestnut hair - and the maintenance it requires sees her use a full bottle of shampoo every week.
Natasha spends four hours per week washing her hair and up to an hour-and-a-half brushing it each day. She has to carry it around when she walks, and fold it onto her lap when she sits down. Despite Rio's 40-degree heat Natasha's family cannot switch on a fan in the house because her hair gets caught in it.

"Hi there My Graphic Friends, I must first of all say Nice job, you guys have done so far... Phase 1 ended on the 18th and because of the amount of entries we had to look through, Phase 2 is starting a day Late. We got a total of 120 entries and some of them having as much as 2-3 samples in them, some entries were disqualified because they did not abide by the rules, while some had very low creativity level...but overall everyone did well.

He's a diabetic mellitus type 1 and 2 patient and has been bedridden for the past six years, after losing all the toes on both feet, due to injuries he sustained many years ago. Sadly, this has prevented him from completing his university education (he dropped out from OAU). At the moment, his life is at stake and he is in need of surgery urgently.
