Obsessed Rihanna Fan Ordered by the Court to Keep Away form Rihanna for 3 Years

In February, a guy by name Steveland Barrow was arrested after breaking into Rihanna's neighbor's house. He was arrested shortly after being discovered in the house which he thought belonged to Rihanna.

One month after he tried to break into her home again, Rihanna has won a three-year restraining order against a fan named Steveland Barrow. Last month a judge issued a temporary restraining order to prevent Barrow from coming within 100 yards of the singer, and TMZ reports that on Thursday the order was made a little more permanent.
