Justin Bieber has been hospitalized in London following his third performance in a row at London's O2 Arena. But don't freak out TOO much: He's in good hands and seems to be okay.
In fact, shortly after word spread of the health issues, he tweeted: "getting better. thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight. best fans in the world. figuring out what happened. thanks for the love."
