PHOTOS: Lady gaga spotted on a wheel chair

Last week Lady gaga tweeted that she is cancelling her tour because she is not well and fit, two days after her management released a press statement that she has a tear on her tip and she is preparing for a surgery. Seems like its not getting better as she was spotted on a wheel chair yesterday. Oh! my Lady gaga :(
