Morning everyone, Little brain teaser for y'all Winner gets a surprise from me :)
If I saw a Movie for 97K and wanted to buy it, took 50k from dad and 50k from mum making it a 100k, after buying I have 3k left. I gave them 1k each and have 1k all to myself now owing them 49k 49k, that's 98k plus the 1k I have that's 99k altogether.. What happened to the remaining 1k that will make it a 100k??

Now u took †ЂΞ 50k frm mum, leaving her with 0
And u also took 50k frm dad leaving him with 0
Now u av100 instead for 0
That means d total sum with u is 100k
Now u returned 1k each=2k
Leaving u with 98k
U bought a movie for 97k
Leaving u with 1k, so d 1k in question, is d one u said, that u have left with
Notin hapend 2 1k, its jst dat u bought d movie fr 97k, u used ur dad's 49k n ur mums 48k so u gave dem 1k each. Bt u're suposed to give ur dad 1k n ur mum 1k(plus dat 1k u have) making it 2k, n nw u owe ur mum 48k n ur dad 49k making it 48+49+2+1=100. So do it nw n chek again.

ReplyDeleteit's a simple logic, ur parent borrowed u 50k each i.e 100k, u bought movie worth 97k, remaining 3k, gave them 1k each remaining 49k to balance each of them i.e 98k, 1k is still wif u right, now, minus d 1k wif u frm d 98k(coz d 1k is not ur money innitially, u were borrowed) = 97k... D 97k u used to buy d movie is d amount u r to pay ur parents now. Mission complete.
