These men where caught practising same sex, they said that they had made confessional statements and would soon be charged to court for the offence which carries 14 years jail term if convicted.

They should have increased it to 20years. How the hell do people with the same gender derive sexual joy by touching themselves Arrrg! this is so irritating I strongly believe this is a spiritual problem that requires a strong man of God for spiritual intervention.
