ABUJA – NOVEMBER 20, 2012 – Glitz & Glamour were few of the many ingredients that made the just concluded Face of Sofa event at the International Conference City in Abuja a huge success.

Uchime Ndidiamaka Nancy, a student of University of Abuja went home that night as the Face of Sofa 2012. She went home with a brand new Rover MG salon 2013 model, N1.2 Million prize money and a one week all-expense-paid trip to the United Kingdom.

The highlight of the show was the performance by the Grammy nominated Artiste Keri Hilson. Abuja stood up to appreciate her electrifying performance. She thrilled the Abuja crowd with her little knowledge of the Azonto and Ethighi dance steps. Wonder Woman Omawunmi Megbele didn’t let anyone steal her thunder. She performed her hit single Bottom Belle and got the crowd in a dancing Mood. Africa’s number nne Dj, Dj Jimmy Jatt set the event on fire with his wonderful mixing and blending of Nigerian music. Everyone young and old got up to dance and make merriment. Other performing Artistes include, W4, Red Dance Africa, Supreme Solar, Chykay, Lil MissMiss, Sexy Gina, Tekno, Addiction, EyeSixOne (dance group).

It was a once in a life time moment when an 8 year old girl Neema did a tribute song for Miss Keri Hilson. The event was star studded with Actress turn Musician Tonto Dikeh, Reality show Winner Kevin Chuwang Pam & wife Elizabeth Gupta and former Big Brother House mate Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Carolyn Chikezie (hollywood actress), Mai Atafo & a host of other notable politicians and statesmen.

The second place went to Jamila P Tijjani, who is from Kano State. She is a 21 year old student who was born in Lagos. And as a reward for her effort, she won $4000 cash and a 7 day trip to the United Kingdom.

Third place in the pageant went to Elizabeth Adeyinka. She was born on August 6th 1992. She is from Osun State. And for coming third, she won $3000 cash and a 7 day trip to the United Kingdom.

The fourth place went to Vanessa Umaru. She was born 22nd March, 1990 in Lagos. She is a student of the Auchi Polytechnic studying Mass Communication. Her fourth place reward was $2000 cash and a 7 day trip to the United Kingdom.

Keri Hilson was live in Abuja headlining “Face of Sofa 2012” hosted by Sofa Lounge. The grand event took place on Saturday the 17th of November, 2012 at the Abuja International Conference Centre (ICC). The event featured several Nigerian artiste and Keri Hilson performing a 45 minute set.
