Man Punishes Son By Chaining Him To An Electric Pole By The Neck

                             


This is one of those OMG! news that puzzles one’s mind about family life and discipline. A Cambodian man, Sok Thoeun, is now on the run from the law for chaining his son to an electric pole as punishment for skipping school to play computer game at an internet café.

Here is the question; Should the boy be punished for skipping school? Absolutely Yes!, Is tying him by the neck to an electric pole be an acceptable way of punishing him? Absolutely No!
“The father was so angry that he found his son at an internet cafe instead of at school that he chained him up in public for people to see, to teach him a lesson,” said a police spokesperson.
No matter the level of anger or provocation, a parent should never go this far punishing a child. If this man could have his way, he can kill this boy.
They should just take him away from him. He failed to see a future in what the boy is doing; there are many geniuses out there who have made fortunes with computer based inventions.
Anybody that can play a computer game is smart! Take it or leave it.
And why did he flee when he knew he did the right thing?
