MC Loph’s Mother Passes Away

Mother of the late Osondi Owendi crooner, Mc Loph, Mrs. Obiajulu has passed away. Mrs. Obiajulu was reportedly abandoned since she lost her two children, MC Loph and his sister in an auto crash along Benin Ore Expressway on September 14, 2011, while heading to a traditional wedding ceremony. 

A family source told Newsmen that she died in a private hospital in Enugu after battling an undisclosed illness. It would be recalled that the deceased once accused MC Loph’s manager, Emeka Morgan, of killing her son and daughter, in an interview granted her few months back.

Chris Brown and Drake Now Friends?

Now that neither Chris Brown nor Drake is romantically involved with Rihanna (or so they say), there is apparently room for reconcilliation. Though the R&B singers have traded barbs in both interviews and songs over the past year, a spy at the iHeartRadio Music Festival told Page Six that they appear to be on good terms these days. 

Apparently Drake showed up at the MGM Grand Garden Arena with his whole crew to catch Brown's performance on Friday, and not just to gawk: Afterwards, the former rivals were spotted "hugging and drinking" backstage. The source claims that Def Jam music executive Abou Thiam was responsible for bringing the two together. 

Drake, Brown, and their respective entourages were involved in an epic club brawl at New York City's W.i.P. nightclub in June 2012. NBA star Tony Parker was injured in the melee.

There were plenty of outrageous outfits on celebs at the iHeartRadio Music Festival this weekend, The outfit that really got people talking was Drake's shirt, which was emblazoned with a picture of Jaden Smith.

And it wasn't just any picture of the young Smith. It was the shot that went viral from last month's MTV VMAs, where it looks like Will's son is either worshiping Drake or totally appalled.
